As a parent or guardian of this student, I hereby consent to the use of school photographs taken by Adina Stiles Photography. I understand that the group class photos will be printed and included with orders from other parents. I do this with full knowledge and consent and waive all claims for compensation for the use or for damages.

As a parent or guardian, I hereby grant to Adina Stiles Photography and its legal representatives and assign, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the student or in which the student may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same, and to copyright the same. The parent or guardian of the student named below hereby releases Adina Stiles Photography and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.

It is understood that any and all proofs, sample prints, and negatives remain the property of Adina Stiles Photography.

Adina Stiles Photography takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation, and processing of the photographs. However, in the unlikely event that all the photographs have been lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond Adina Stiles Photography’s control, Adina Stiles Photography will do retakes.
